King's Fall already ruined
Raid has been live for less than a week and people posting on LFGs are already setting qualifiers.
Ex: "295 light, must be experienced"
Really people!?
Some of us have yet to run KF, who are we supposed to run with? Not all of us have whole days to pump into this game.

Make your own team maybe? Try r/fireteams maybe? Try both .net and .com maybe?

If you don't have a group at least watch some videos on youtube (there are many out there...) and learn the how to of each encounter. That way you will at least have a clue on what to do... Also find some people with no experience as well, to do raid with them. If you start doing it with the same people it will be tough in the beginning, until you decide who is doing what, but at the end you will have a proper raid fireteam.

I've done the beginning with people who didn't know what to do and it was fun. But I know how to do daughters and oryx and really don't want to have people trying to do a blind run with me for those two parts.

Depending on the the light of the other members of the fireteam 295 may be integral to finishing oryx. If you have a defender titan or two then you can offset the reduced damage required to stun him. So I guess it's situational.

You can reach 300 light without ever setting foot in the raid. /thread.

I hate seeing requirements for raids unless you are trying to do something very specific (flawless). My group were all 285, with a few exceptions, when we first did it. The majority of people don't like helping. I would offer to help but we just don't play destiny as much as we did before.

I don't ask for expectance (since I have a group that can steamroll the raid) and sometimes our 6th guy can't raid that night so I go on lfg. I can see why people think it's frustrating having to explain mechanics EVERY time someone new joins. Bet your ass if a raid virgin doesn't see "must be experienced" they're sending a message. Still, I encourage groups everywhere to accept at least 2 first timers every raid. I can see where you're not trying to raid for 5+ hours with a whole group that doesn't know what they're doing, but teaching 2 guys the ropes every raid helps the community as a whole and lessons the skill gap.

My advice to you is to make your own post in LFG... Then if an experienced raider wants to invite you, then thats on him :) good luck guardian!

I already put in the time learning the mechanics and spent hours getting through the raid the first time. Why should I do that again because one person doesn't know what they are doing? I'll be more than willing to carry people later on but right now it's too time consuming. Go watch the strategy videos

1 RespuestaI'm actually a really good player and have yet to beat the raid I don't LFG or anything just go with the same guys I've been playing with and we just always get guys from LFG and they don't understand the daughters. I don't have patience to be on daughters for two hours alone.

If you haven't done it your supposed to raid with others who haven't done it, people that have done it are not trying to spend all day doing it because someone doesnt know what to do why would someone make a post and not want the best qualified team LOL
