Got it for my Titan...if it had explosive rounds I might have been tempted to call it Destiny's attempt at a Bolter.

Level 8. Not received Lost and Found. Don't even know how. All the my friends that have it have levelled her up post-DLC so it could be that.

I have lost and found bounty, but you need to do variks before you start lost and found. Do the first mission from cayde it should drop.
