Ok everybody I did all the quests today for Petra and variks then received the lost and found quest. Upon completion I only received rep and spinmetal. So after following the forum all day and no one really knowing what was going on I re did the house of wolves campaign and went back to the reef after I leveled up my queens wrath and boom there it was. So my 12 hours of frustration has come to an end and I hope this helps!!!
