No, get the detail right. You have to do all Queens Wrath quests and House of Judgements quests.
You basically have to finish all the quests associated with The Reef, it doesn't matter which order just as long as they are all complete.
I did both the Queens Wrath quest lines first, one of them being 'Lost and Found.'
Boolean Gemini didn't unlock until I finished House of Judgements quests too (Wolves on Mars).

Did you rank up to get "lost and found"?? I can't -blam!-ing figure it out for the life of me. I did the taken war Petra, the whole variks quest and nothing?

Complete the bounties that she has as well. Maybe that'll trigger it for you
