You do not have to wait for reset just finish all the quest steps for Petra and variks I have it on my hunter

i have done all quests for both no lost and found given to me and i'm queens rank 3

If you didn't get lost and found you haven't done all the quest needed. Some quest lines open up after you complete others so keep questing and you will get it. If you only got queens rep your not done

Then why did I only get 100 queens rep from the quest even though I finished quests from both of them
