Okay guys here you go, you must complete all of Petra's quests and variks quests. Then Petra will have it for you

Don't think so. I finished them all and only got 100 queens rep when I turned on the broch. Unless I need to do the normal Petra bounties too. Then that isnt it

I did his entire chain,killed the reborn sepiks and all that

1,rank is irrelevant,people are rank 1 have gotten it and people as high as rank 10 haven't gotten it

I just realized I haven't. I switched back to my Titan for TTK and had been running a Hunter for the last while. Is this confirmed that this is the issue?

Its not confirmed but its a possible reason I suppose. Its seems really odd this exotic does. They should just make it a reward like the class specific ones from banshee

My quest line was odd throughout. I got Lost and Found randomly, and not knowing the Varyks one was connected I completed that before Varyks' quest line. Not sure if that matters either. Thanks for the info. Hoping it'll be there after the daily reset.
