so out of curiosity are all Exotics like this (in other words just do a quest get Exotic) meaning everyone will get the same exotic guns 100% guaranteed. i would prefer if the exotics were random you never know when and who would get them. surely that the thrill and mystery of it. (isn't it going to get boring if everyone had identical guns ) like Xur why can he just sell the odd one instead of all of them at some point.
Sorry i just don't get this Uniformed set up go here do that guarantee'd exotic. it should be random keeps everyone guessing and seeing who has what.
PS: good on those who do it and get it.

I still got a random exotic out of the nightfall and one of my other clan mates did as well

There are still a few that are random, aka the ones everyone wil buy from xur lol.

Haven't we all gotten the same guns for a year? Exotic bounties were the same for every player, exotic quests the same as well. Nothing changed but the delivery method.

no not really many didnt play P V P so those exotics were never attained by many along with random drop for exotic quests not everyone got the quests, i just find it a little narrow, see in year 1 quests for exotics were random not everyone got them etc etc and you could choose only , having it given to you instead of random just makes it uninspiring (heck i love the game ) but making it guaranteed in a quest you are guarantee'd to get laid out for on a plate that's (too easy) all exotics should have a randomness totally for them, that's what they are exotic a very rare thing to get that not all will have.

If they obtained them or not isn't the point. They still received a do this get this way to go it's the same

there is still a random aspect to the exotic drops, i myself bagged herafter out of a legendary engram
