You need to complete the quest "Lost and Found" for Petra. I have made a video walkthrough below.

so upon completion of the lost and found quest i have still not gotten my weapon 12 hours later just went on my destiny item manager and in my quest log it said tech witch brooch 0% along with a classified quest

7 RespuestasNo, get the detail right. You have to do all Queens Wrath quests and House of Judgements quests. You basically have to finish all the quests associated with The Reef, it doesn't matter which order just as long as they are all complete. I did both the Queens Wrath quest lines first, one of them being 'Lost and Found.' Boolean Gemini didn't unlock until I finished House of Judgements quests too (Wolves on Mars).

4 RespuestasOk everybody I did all the quests today for Petra and variks then received the lost and found quest. Upon completion I only received rep and spinmetal. So after following the forum all day and no one really knowing what was going on I re did the house of wolves campaign and went back to the reef after I leveled up my queens wrath and boom there it was. So my 12 hours of frustration has come to an end and I hope this helps!!!
