There is injustice because Bungie doesn't learn to help people with problems with their games, it's literally becoming a staple to their identity. Guess what, I did do what others have, I choose not keep my preorder once I had it to buy a shitty series I know I won't touch anymore. And you think they would release it when a problem that was caused by them has not been solved, it's not about who has the rights to it, it's about keeping the image of the game and the companies tied to it, that's how business works. Again, a problem they won't fix does not equal to not releasing property they own. Literally not understanding the concept is stupid.
