People are starting to suggest that Dragons Breath will be Gjallarhorn in TTK since it's the only other rocket dealing damage after the initial blast, and that the damage numbers of Wolfpack Rounds are similar to Pyromancer, what do you all think?

1 RespuestaThe problem with it is that it's benefit is trapping creatures in the AoE, which doesn't happen because creatures move. Now if there was a class that prevented movement, it may become a great weapon...
-
maybe with a nightstalker super and dragons breath the damage could be close
-
1 RespuestaNoooo there is a new truth we will see what that does. I don't think the sleeper is going to be as good as people say. May be good against a single boss while you are able to shoot but it doesn't have the get out of a jam capabilites the ghorn did.
-
4 RespuestasI had an idea for dragons breath but it might a bit op Instead of pyromancer after the rocket explodes it releases 2-5 (idk which number is more balanced) fusion grenades that track any nearby targets, after those fusions explode the leave a solar flare where they exploded
-
3 RespuestasIf it isn't an options to go into year 2, no.
-
2 RespuestasNeither are getting dmg upgrades so no, sleeper simulant will be the new go to heavy.
-
Night stalker plus Dragons Breath would be good.

3 RespuestasEditado por RainingSky4: 8/26/2015 5:38:31 PMDragons breath deals more damage than gjallarhorn, if it hits for all ticks, but bosses always move away, which is why it is underutilised.

That Sleeper will be the bees knees
-
3 RespuestasNo it will be Sleeper Simulant
-
I love dragons breath
-
I'm open to it. Ghorn will be no more so another exotic launcher will need to step up
-
-
2 RespuestasIf a hunter traps a boss with the new super, dragon breath should be able to hit with all ticks. Just saying..
-
Dragons breath is (low key) a great launcher. Just not against Crota
-
It will be awesome with the new hunter super that slows or traps enemies!! Be trapped in fire!!!!

2 RespuestasEditado por EditDesync: 8/26/2015 4:08:17 PMWhy not make the year two version shoot a mini-nightstalker ball that tethers enemies and deals damage..?
-
I like the Dragons Breath. Me and my son would 2 man Crota with it before we got Gjallarhorns and I grew to like it a lot. It will be my go-to rocket launcher once TTK launches until I find something better we don't know about yet.
-
Add two of these things and I'll use it. Sticky flare Tracking Prox detonation Quad tube
-
No I don't think it will be a temporary ghorn eeplacement If DB gets a year 2 upgrade I'm smashing my tv and taking the money out of it.
People are starting to suggest that Dragons Breath will be Gjallarhorn in TTK since it's the only other rocket dealing damage after the initial blast, and that the damage numbers of Wolfpack Rounds are similar to Pyromancer, what do you all think?
I actually use it more than i thought i would. I believe people dislike it due to it not tracking enemies, basically no skill involved as with the gally point and shoot that is it. With the dragons breathe you have to be able to track an enemy your self, more skill involved For instance the vex mind strike. I normally use all three rounds lined up in the path of the vex mind reload repeat. Same with devil walkers, poe bosses, omnigul is harder to pull off put not impossible. I like the looks of it better than the gally. Having used both of them i can say i like the dragon over the wolf.
-
for the last time no DB will never be as good as gallahorn
-
Dragons Breath is a gimmick, nothing more, nothing less. You can like it, I do too, but it will never be Gjallarhorn.
-
2 RespuestasI've said it before, if they added tracking and made the solar flare blind enemies effected by aoe, it would be devastating. 2.0 dragons breath needs- WHITE HOT LIGHT.

-blam!- buying ttk until it's cheap on Black Friday or Boxing Day. I dunno what'll be the new ghally but I can assure I'll find out before I put my money on the -blam!-in table

3 RespuestasIts not ascending to ttk so no
