But Bungie removed the availability of earlier content (i.e. weapons/armor) in equal measure to what Bungie added. So the game "grew" on a zero sum line. Destiny hasn't actually grown at all. It has stayed static in size. Where Bethesda added in new weapons and armor, but kept access to older weapons and armor for the player to choose which one they liked better, Destiny removed the older weapons/armor from the game in their entirety. Now; I know what people (the blind Desticles populating the Bungie Defense Force) will say: "Vampire, you can't compare Skyrim to Destiny! Destiny is a online-only shared-world shooter. You cannot compare a Single Player RPG to an online-only persistent world!!!" Normally, I would agree with that, but that argument gets thrown right out when expansions are brought into the mix. With Skyrim, the size of the game is limited by the storage capability of individual PC's/Consoles. Everything is stored on your own personal machine. With a game like Destiny, the limits of expansions should be nonexistent. Having all of our characters, character progress, content, etc., stored on external servers like Destiny has, should erase 90% of the storage limits to any/every expansion. If anything is true, Destiny should be able to "expand" nigh-infinitely because the storage for this game and our characters and content is only limited by the amount of storage ActiBungie is willing to open up to this game. The fact that Actibungie removes as much/more content from the game as they add in with their piss-poor "expansions", shows not that they don't have the storage capability, but that they (for some reason) don't believe that you should have access to base-game weaponry, TDB weaponry, or even HoW weaponry (by the middle of next month). Destiny's DLC aren't "expansions". They're charging you double the current market rate for DLC, to have the game grow by a zero-sum margin. This is quite possible. 1-I assumed dreadnought patrol and two other patrol locations (Phobos and mercury) .... [i]We only get one patrol location - dreadnought [/i] 2-Assumed many story missions all over galaxy. [i]Today we saw 5 missions on dreadnought (screenshot of twitch shield bros) , Bungie confirmed 8+ new story missions which leads me to speculate 5 dreadnought, 3 subclass missions (1 for each class) and 1st mission that sends you quickly to look at cabal base on Phobos (but Phobos will not be destination to explore ie patrol). That's basically 8 1/2 missions. :( [/i] 3- 30 new exotics [i]In livestream we saw only a few exotics still to be discovered and yet Deej was only warlock with NO other class exotics found and limited inventory and many "new" year two exotics actually just re-skinned slightly reworked ones like Suros regime black version Makes me believe old exotics now re-painted are part of that 30 number of TTK exotics. it does look like so far that it'll be pretty nice, and well worth the 40 bux. it's been hard to convince some players that strength doesn't add strength...maybe with the new setup players will understand what those numbers mean. most of the resistance I've seen looks to be from the yr1 players...anyone can be a yr1 by throwing money at the screen, plus there's no use playin' until sept.15 for this 900+ hour'er.

I am thinking i wasted my money on this DLC.. TTK should be TTC " THE TAKEN CUSTOMER" BUNGIE you robbed us! Expansion is jus that expand on the game not a whole new one inside the old one.. I grinded for a year to get my wepons and gear.. Now you want me to grind again for new weapons.. NO!!!! Im going to call and see about a refund...
