Exotic blueprints
Will the exotic blueprints when purchasing the exotics will they come out fresh and need upgrading or if I have already levels one will it come out as that experienced joined

2 RespuestasFrom the way it sounded, when you buy the year two version using your blueprint you will need to level it. However, the signature perk will already be unlocked.
