Getting straight to my point, I think that the spike grenade is by far the worse grenade in this entire game.
-Its extremely slow
-Has a pitiful duration
-Disgraceful damage
-Extremely obvious
At most it serves as an entertaining light show at the end of a match when you are simply waiting for the game to end.
Out of my experience I've seen that grenade used only in the very first months of vanilla Destiny, and anyone who is aware of the meta of crucible doesn't seem to use it. Not once have I seen it used in trials. I am not saying that it's nearly non existent use in end game crucible is proof of it's lack luster properties but a indication.
Alternatively the Nightstalker could receive the suppressor grenade from the Defender subclass which I feel would work more with the new void hunter class "crowd control" like appearance. Please Bungie, reconsider this choice, seeing how TTK isn't out yet I know it is very possible to make this minor tweak to the new expansion.

Suck it up the titan has it and has to deal with it
-
Eh, I'd love suppression grenade on the new class but that is because it is just so bad ass. On my titan I'll play around with spike grenade though. Good for closing off choke points and waiting for back up like the doorways at A on rusted lands.
-
We wont have a melee but have a second grenade ability... So ummmmm...
-
Leave it to the hunters to complain about something that doesn't go their way

Editado por SFC Pestilence: 8/24/2015 9:40:11 AMI'd be down if they got magnetic grenade instead of the vortex grenade MAYBE. Besides that why is there not just a 'no.' Option for the poll?
-
The spike grenade's real weakness is only its duration but the nightstalker has a ability that increases the duration of all their grenades. Trust me, once the spike grenade and the ability combine I'm sure it will be deadly.
-
1 RespuestaEach class needs a useless grenade, like how warlocks have those starting grenades that only someone being comeetely still would die from
-
Editado por darkfool7: 8/24/2015 6:43:13 AMI havent checked the new classes at all.. but I dont know, there should be 3 grenades coming with the class right? If the spike is one of them... we can just use the others.. whatever they are
-
Naw the spike grenade fits more. Besides, the surpressor grenade plus the surpressing super would make a very annoying hunter. It'd be like annother thorn in the Crucible. We all have sh*t grenades. Even the warlocks AOE grenades are crappy. Get over it.

Editado por MysticalSnurtle: 8/24/2015 6:15:32 AMInteresting should Defenders get blink?? It's not like suppressor grenades are the selling point of Defenders or anything.

Posted a similar topic a week or two ago. For anyone disagreeing, the problem is that we will have 3 zone control grenades. No other class has 3 of the same type of grenades.
-
2 RespuestasIt would be cool but your new super will take supers out
-
It's my favorite grenade...
-
The nightstalker is a trapper class so they should have suppressor grenades tbh
-
Wow there's alot of salty Titans in here... I can tell you from playing a Hunter since the beta that just because there's alot of them in Crucible doesn't mean we rock, or we're easy mode. Just because they all use Bladedancer doesn't make us the best(I 99.99% of the time use Gunslinger)
-
They won't. Get over it. Have a nice day.
-
I kind of want them to replace it with the Scatter Grenade. With Titans receiving the Incendiary Grenade they will have all the "traditional" styled grenades, and with Warlocks receiving the Pulse Grenade they will have all the "zone" grenades. The OCD elf that lives in my skull feels like the Hunter should also have all the variants of a certain grenade type, and the only type that both the Gunslinger and Bladedancer have in common is the "cluster" type.
-
Spike grenade sucks balls I would take magnetic grenade or suppresser grenade any day
-
1 RespuestaHell yeah people keep it up, let's make Bungie hear our voice to make this change. The people have spoken. Disregard the hate, and let's bring a change about this game.
-
2 RespuestasScrew the grenades, give it blink
-
Spike grenades damage through bubbles if placed correctly, right?
-
I want the magnetic grenade
-
We have a perk that gives a boost in nades sooo i say keep it. Plus when i had my titan i thought it was pretty good. I got kills with it
-
I use it and I fell in love with it.
