Getting straight to my point, I think that the spike grenade is by far the worse grenade in this entire game.
-Its extremely slow
-Has a pitiful duration
-Disgraceful damage
-Extremely obvious
At most it serves as an entertaining light show at the end of a match when you are simply waiting for the game to end.
Out of my experience I've seen that grenade used only in the very first months of vanilla Destiny, and anyone who is aware of the meta of crucible doesn't seem to use it. Not once have I seen it used in trials. I am not saying that it's nearly non existent use in end game crucible is proof of it's lack luster properties but a indication.
Alternatively the Nightstalker could receive the suppressor grenade from the Defender subclass which I feel would work more with the new void hunter class "crowd control" like appearance. Please Bungie, reconsider this choice, seeing how TTK isn't out yet I know it is very possible to make this minor tweak to the new expansion.

1 RespuestaSuppressor seems the most fitting because of the super stopping other ones and generally slowing people down
-
Suppressor grenades would be a lot better spike grenades are awful. For once bungie needs to not screw hunters with bad grenades.

6 RespuestasHow to get the Nightstalker class even?
-
-
Has anyone tried to use this to obscure a snipers view to avoid a spawn lock when going for a revive? I wonder if that would work....
-
1 RespuestaI like those style of grenades though, but I would like the duration increased.
Tripmine, Lightning, and Spike 4life.
-
This would be beyond unfair to Defenders except for the second option.
-
3 RespuestasHow about you keep it. Your super already suppresses and kills, you have smoke which can be very useful and an evade ability. Titans already had to live with the spike grenade, and why can't you?
-
there is a clear theme the grenades for each class is promoting: titan: instant, hard damage warlock: bursts of strong damage overtime hunter: constant damage over time the spike grenade should stay, but needs a duration buff, as well as a radius buff
-
1 RespuestaIf it gets buffed for Hunter it gets buffed for Titan too.
-
More dmg and longer duration, I tried out in the control, got a few kills on a point but that was it
-
4 RespuestasWhat if.... Those were placeholders the entire time?
-
Lol if we get double suppressor or magnetic nades the tears river will flow

Editado por A Stupid Person: 8/22/2015 7:46:37 PMSunbreaker should get fire lot and not fusion too And yea spike needs to be buffed
-
Spike grenades suck balls agree with op
-
I main Titan and spike grenade is kinda useless. Besides the suppression grenade makes more sense with it having an ability to disable supers.
-
1 RespuestaBiased poll. There is no other option or keep the same. Also if they're going to buff the grenade it should be for both classes
-
Would help if they buffed it and pulse grenade. Those are the 2 Titan grenades that never get used.
-
Editado por AnonPig: 8/22/2015 7:32:01 PMThe reason behind Spike grenade is because there's a passive perk that increases the Duration of the grenades. I realize the suppression grenade could have an extended suppressed time, but c'mon. That's pretty OP.

Nightstalker is already looking like a beast it doesn't need a crutch grenade.
