They're nerfing blink, so nerf shoulder charge
With the news from GF today they will be nerfing the blink jump in an unspecified way in the 2.0 aka "the complainers" update.
It already can't be done three times in a row.
It already has the shortest distance and height.
You also can not reload during this type of jump.
Two out of three classes have it. Titans are the only class that don't and they're the only one with shoulder charge.
Can we see a nerf of shoulder charge then?

10 RespuestasLet me show you the absurdity here, your comparing a jumping ability to a melee ability. You're comparing a short distance in any direction teleport to wherever you're facing/looking scoot forward by about 6 feet.

LMFAO do you know how easy it is to kill a huge titan rushing at you? You should feel bad if you manage to get killed by shoulder charge so in other words stfu.

Shoulder charge is like a shotgun when you have no ammo, only it has a charge time and gets you killed more than it kills...

Barring any major screw up to the nerf, I will continue to use it the way I do now. Shoot NLB, blink backwards to get out of sightlines, reload, and find another target to engage and likely miss. I'm trying to get skilled,with NLB and at crucible in general, blink has helped with evasion. If I'm not using NLB, I'm not using blink period.

You don't rebalance the game by nerfing the elements of the game that the gamers like; you rebalance by making other things as strong as the op stuff. They should not nerf blink; they should do other moves more powerful and more enjoyable and that way not everybody will be blinking like crazy. Grow up Bungie

Because it doesn't have any stats or damage to speak of in the game. As a Hunter, I see this as a handicap that will allow other classes to match our skill. And I accept the challenge. 11 RespuestasYou haven't tried using shoulder charge lately if you think it should get nerfed. It isn't the OP melee it used to be, people have learned how to counter it. If you haven't that's your fault.

You can't compare a way of movement to a 1 hit kill ability. Last time I checked it wasn't blink one shotting people, it was the shotgun.

Whilst I understand people's frustrations this culture of nerfing everything is too toxic. it's draining any sense of fun from the game. Where does it end ? When we're slapping each other with flowers ? We're meant to have abilities to use.
