My friend didn't get ghorn til House of Wolves DLC. Beat him the 3rd time on week two and got the key to open chest which contained ghorn. This was his reaction:
"Okay, I got-... GHALLAJORN, I got GHALLAJORN, omg. I GOT GHALLAJHORN! I Just creamed my pants".
