On my third exotic bounty that included SGA! Just turn in a bunch of Crucible bounties all at once seems to be when I have popped it in the past!

I do all the bounties every day and all I get are thorn bad juju and invective

The only three I have gotten to pop up are Pocket, SGA, and Bad Juju. I haven't been playing nearly as long, but gotta love RNG!
