Does Queenbreaker's Bow have lens flare in PvP?
I don't PvP much if I can help it, but I was just curious since I recently acquired the weapon. It is technically a Fusion Rifle, but it has the qualities of a Sniper Rifle.

We do know that it can happen, so it is probably safe to assume that you will always be highly visible when aiming down sights.
