Personally, I don't think they are. I think those are all part of the launch trailer that each expansion gets. If you look at the cutscene of the Guardian in the ship or Cayde with Holiday, I believe those are the kinds of cutscenes we're getting. Normal and traditional ones. I prefer it that way too.
