I usually am >_< but alas you make some valid points. And like I did state in my reply, I will be helping. As I do now.
I actually have I think 3 or 4 guys on my friends list that I would bring through VOG or CE so they can learn it and get the items. I play MMO's quite a lot (played wow day 1, did Everquest, guild wars, OR, ect ect.) and I've always been one to teach after I learn
