its not like strikes are hard and as for raids you simply look at grimoire score or weapons and decide if you want that person on your team or not. the year one veterans will be the leaders of the game so we have to step it up. time to become fireteam leader my friend.

I usually am >_< but alas you make some valid points. And like I did state in my reply, I will be helping. As I do now. I actually have I think 3 or 4 guys on my friends list that I would bring through VOG or CE so they can learn it and get the items. I play MMO's quite a lot (played wow day 1, did Everquest, guild wars, OR, ect ect.) and I've always been one to teach after I learn
