Except we're going to have to start it at zero even though we've been going to the gunsmith for the past year.

well its because you will be getting little side quests from him. it doesn't make sense to already start at a certain rank.

If we start getting rewards at rank 3, i think any character thats level 20 when TTK releases should start him at rank 2.
