it should be like an Etheric light or something and you can upgrade it into year 2s maximum damage

1 RespuestaBefore you get pissed, please keep this in mind: Your old weapons will still kill stuff They are only slightly less powerful They will still be 365, if the attack values go up like normal then they will slowly get worse and less viable It won't be like they are just immediately shutting you out of using your weapons Keep that in mind.

Many players have wondered about the Exotic "Fate of All Fools" Perhaps this Trollgun aptly describes the devs opinions towards players? It's not like we haven't heard the "we've learned, and won't do that again.." speech before. It seems that the community would be happy if the new weapons and gear were on par with the other great weapons we've grown accustomed to and loved and had their own story. Instead of making the old stuff irrelevant, why not make the new weapons relevant? With decent abilities and perks etc...? Shank burn rocket launchers are really Awesome!!! (Sure they are)

1 RespuestaI think this is a good thing, but I still want to keep some of my year one legendaries, such as my Vision on Confluence which is by far my favorite legendary in the game. In order to do this I am going to need more vault space. Even after adding more vault space before, I still find myself running short of where to put weapons. I want to keep some of my year one guns until the final DLC drops for Destiny 3, even if by then they are next to useless to use, because they are just a fun reminder of the things I did with my friends. Note: I can however understand if our whole inventory is deleted during each sequel, though I do not think this is the direction Bungie is going with the game. They want to model it more towards a mmo, so deleting gear while moving guardians and their experience from one game to another doesn't really make sense.

1 RespuestaOther MMOs make old gear obsolete with new content. That's perfectly fine. What other MMOs have is smart loot and vendor systems in place so that you can earn new gear AND/OR boss drops. Not the stupid RNG garbage which makes the whole gear system horrible to begin with. /revives the 1000h no Gjally threads

So literally no point to Trials and Skolas. Or anything else. All that time wasted - both development time and player time. Just got my first Fatebringer last week. I guess I don't get the chance to enjoy it to the fullest like everyone else did. Day one player. Pissed off. I'll wait til the NEXT expansion when I can just play for a few days and be at the top of the food chain. Taking a much needed break.

They should make an excotic light and each toon gets one from postmaster....you choose one legendary weapon with each exotic light and it upgrades to exotic....and you should be able to kinda choose a perk tree for exotic weapon so not all weapons will be the same ...so you will have to choose wisely ....so 3 toons = 3 exotic lights for 3 .random legendary pieces to become exotic..

Thing is, who is all that impressed with any of the new legendaries from the latest dlc. They lack inspiration IMO so my expectations are low on the new dlc ones besides what will drop from the raids. We call original legendaries vanilla, but the newest ones are.

All these people with fake love for new items that look to blow chunks. Hope...where's the Architect from the Matrix? Please bungie give us some weapons that genuinely make me want to ditch my of legendary weapons. Make some new bad acre exotics that make me feel as beast as the LoW or Gjallarhorn. Have new legendary weapons that make me toss my Found Verdict, Black Hammer, Evergreen and Hopscotch Pilgrim into a fiery hole.

In other Destiny: Year Two news, Bungie has confirmed the existing set of Legendary level weapons and armour will not be upgradable any further.

Stats and perks will still work the same for pvp except in possibly IB and trials. We will have to see what bungie does. Keep your weapons

6 RespuestasI wont be buying this as ill be investing my money in other games at the time. If ttk gets a price drop maybe, but my money is going to other games just simply because i cant afford everything so i gotta pick and choose. However, people, remember, its you who decide how this game shapes up. We complained about the ttk emotes and stuff, and while 20 bucks for that is stupid expensive, it did bring change. If we want to still use our fatebringers, our gallys, our confluences or our precious vex armor, lets tell bungie. Bungie is making the mistake of treating ttk as a full game. Its not. Its an expansion. Hell i dont recall very many games where your weapons and armor from the base game were rendered useless in an expansion. If bungie wants to do that and make our stuff obsolete and useless, make destiny 2 then. Not a damn add on for the base game.

Im happy as Ill use new weapons, but im sad because of the time spent grinding the weapon collection. I'll still keep my faterbringer, visions and word of crota untill the day I delete my characters, I did have a lot of laughs along the way and I can now take a month off and prepare for year two. Rip year 1 will be missed but never forgotten (seriously my dvr is 99% destiny madness lol)

All they had to do was come up with new competitive or better weapons than the old ones and give people some hard decisions to make. All they are doing is reducing the amount of choices and options you can make once again. With HoW it finally got to a point where you would see different gear combos and everyone wasn't wearing the same thing. Back to square one.
