Nope. People who have been going to McDonalds everyday since they opened don't get free burgers, they get diabetes. So why should you get free stuff?

Nah it's all good. Usually people throwing the whole "diabetic" thing around use it as an insult. I can tell your intentions were honorable. My concern was that there are so many misconceptions that many assume all diabetics are fat etc etc.

Diabetes isn't caused by eating certain foods. Its mostly hereditary and can also be caused by the pancreas shutting down for various reasons you moron.

Type 2 Diabetes is caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. Last I checked, eating McDonald's, the restaurant where every meal on the menu has sugar in it, daily is an unhealthy lifestyle. Maybe you should do your research next time, moron.

The hereditary trait still has to be there. You don't just all of a sudden become diabetic. I have done plenty of research to learn more about this disease considering my father and wife are both diabetic.
