I keep getting ps4 error code ce-34878-0 when trying to play destiny and getting booted from the game.
I spoke with playstation support and have not only uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but reinitialized the system to factory settings and reinstalled the game. Unfortunately, none of these things fixed the problem and I am still having my destiny crash.
When I spoke with playstation support again today, they instructed me to contact you all as it may be an issue connecting to your servers.
Please help.

Editado por Pell_Impulse: 10/10/2016 5:17:47 AMI startd getting issue after id had my ps4 drop and the plug got pulled out of the outlet. It began when id pluged my ps4 back in and went through the system check but if froze at 24% and sat there for 3mins then it loaded then it said id had to install the latest version of ps4 update through a usb flashdrive. So i did that and initialize ps4 because the ps4 update was not enough or maybe i did something wrong but it all lead to me getting the latest ps4 update to go. Now next knowing I've done that the first game i want and get back was destiny of course. Inserted the disc and install the app, and the notification for my rise of iron update began. Wait for it to finish downloading and install. Id started the game app. Get to the menu where it says press X to start it looks like it loads in for a bit but then the sound cuts off for 2 seconds then after that i get the error. If any one has any idea what i can do please leave comment on my post or contact me on my PlayStation at my gamer tag rockapeller185

Step 2: If a PS Camera is connected to the system, remove it and reboot the system, then go to [Settings] > [User] > [Login Settings] and turn "Enable Face Recognition" OFF. Step 3: If you have upgraded the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) in your console, please re-install the original HDD. Step 4: If the error occurs again, back up your saved data, and then go to [Settings] > [Initialization] and choose [Initialize PS4]. Step 5: If the error continues and occurs with every application, or as soon as the application starts, please contact PlayStation Support.[/quote] PS: Since You have already contacted playstation support please be sure that you've done the above trouble shooting steps too. IF so, I hope BungieHelp5 can help.

Editado por celestialdank: 8/17/2015 4:14:06 AMSame thing happening to me and all my clan. We haven't been able to finish any PoE because of this crash. Assistance has been non-existent as the PS support tips don't solve this issue. I won't download the game for the third time as that is not cause of the issue. This CE-34878-0 is ruining Destiny for me, might even quit playing the game as it's representing a total waste of time for myself and the members of my clan.

12 RespuestasHello, Bagel when did you start encountering this issue?

2 RespuestasHey bud, I've been having the same issues. Have re-installed - initialised etc etc a couple of times now. Replaced HDD in my PS4 last night so drop me a comment and I'll reply to let you know if that fixes it. There was an extensive thread somewhere on the PS forums about this and I think the guy ultimately had his PS4 replaced by Sony
