I have the cipher but can't decide between the QBB or the LoW.

Use whatever caters to your play style. For example, I'll probably pick Lord of Wolves because I'm more of a 'jump around shotgun melee' player than a sniper.

I went with Lord of wolves only got it 2 days a go but the thing is a beast. Especially with 230+ ammo
