The weapon perk that I was thinking about would be that an awesome exotic would have the ability to have a perk that when a certain sight is equipped(that way it doesn't always have to be like this) the weapon can fire like a pulse rifle, but when aimed in it fires like a scout rifle. or the other way around, scout rifle to pulse rifle. this could be a permanent thing like on suros, or a scope that way it can be changed to player needs. I thought this would go awesome on an exotic pulse-rifle that fires vex mythoclast style shots/wire-rifle style shots. but it would not be a fusion rifle. Who knows, I think this would go great on the fate of all fools, as a fusion looking shots, with pulse rifle when aimed in.
