Trials of the Champions!
The PvP experience is about to get better.
Once a pair of guardians completes the trials flawlessly, they can obtain ( possibly ) a passage to further their glory with Osiris called the trials of champions. Here flawless players will be pitted against each other in close range rumble.
WAIT.
Here's the catch,
BANNED SHOTGUNS AND EXOTICS.
That's right... Noooo crutches, only true player skill with weapons. A player will go against 4 other guardians with no fire teams allowed.Once a player reaches say...5 wins and no losses, they are granted access to exotic Osiris gear in the mythic halls of The Prism*, which will be an actual social space. The chest reward will be an even larger chest granting gear like FOAF, and new gear for each weapon and armor type can be obtained. You can always return, but must complete the trials of the champions again to receive rewards again.Vendors in the prism may be like a bounty leader who distributes bounties against the vex, a postmaster who holds gear, Osiris faction vendor, who you can buy buffs, and bond from, for XP* etc...(insert ideas)
And that's it, whaddaya think?

If yes players are using the same weapon, won't the more skilled one win? Yes, it's not as varied or fun, but i still like those questions.

The NPCs would have to have the same thing as other NPCs(to many people bitching about it) But other than that, it's a decent idea. Id say have teams of 3 play each other in a best of 3 elimination with no revives(except for self Rez). You would have to win 9 games and no losses.
