http://destinyghosthunter.net/ghosts/ Just put in your Gamertag and system, then select the location or expansion and it lists the found ones in green and the unfound in red. A short description of how to get to the Ghost is given. There's even a YouTube button to watch him get them from an in-site vid. In mobile, hit the menu button in the top right hand corner to access the menu and enter you Gamertag and system. The "Ghost" tab is where you select what location to list. Finally, the "view" tab allows you to toggle only seeing unfound ghosts, found ghost, or all. There's a couple more other options but this will get you what you need in one easy to find place. (This isn't my site, but I've seen a few people ask where to find info like this.
