Yep. Happened at the hellmouth after I killed the wolves and was looking for a chest. After I respawned I had lost my ether key. Sad times.

It used to happen pretty frequently during the skywatch loot cave days... the warsat landed right on top of the 6+ people grinding out engrams. I saw a few warsat multi kills even!
