Didn't a whole crew of guys get perma-banned just for dicking around with Crota? Like Crota was a paying customer whose gaming experience was ruined because the bad men found a way to cheese around him. But someone on the system with a "not-suspicious-at-all 62 KD" - naaah, that'll be just fine. So what I take away from this is that the reported army of staff permanently monitoring Destiny actually care more about Crota having a good time than they do Ronyere. EDIT : OK - the guy has a salvage k/d of 579, that's hilarious.
