Patrol Hard Mode

What do you guys think about a patrol hard mode? It would always be set to 1 level above the current level cap (so 35 right now), and it would be intense. Public events every 15 minutes instead of 30, and they last ~10 and have way more enemies. VIP patrol missions that are actually boss fights, meaning you can't kill the target with a single Fatebringer headshot or Gjally shot (team work and precision required). Scavenge patrols that are focused on Major enemies. Kill patrols that trigger a war ("the enemy are moving against each other") and take 100+ kills to complete. And if you haven't noticed, you can't complete Grimoire in any of Destiny's end game (getting kills in Raids and the Prison of Elders is completely pointless because you can't progress Enemy or Weapon Grimoire in them). In Patrol Hard mode everything would count, offering a way for people who have reached the Destiny end game something to do and make Grimoire progress (without having to revert to farming level 3 enemies to complete things). Bounties completed in Patrol Hard Mode would be worth x3 exp. Maybe 6 man Fireteam limits, as certain public events are Raid Bosses that take up to 12 people to beat with semi-difficulty? And the best part for Bungie: you can get people to put 100s of thousands more hours into your game with hardly any work, and even better: you don't have to make any new content! (Which we know you enjoy, kind of like making every DLC mission a backwards strike) What do you guys think? If I recall, this idea was proposed several months ago by someone, but I want to see the idea resurfaced.
