Why does the Lord of Wolves picture say "Shotgun" but it obviously isn't one?

its just a burst fire shotgun so its obviously a shotgun

its a shotgun and pulse rifle mixed together so i would call it a pulse shotgun or shotgun rifle

In bursts of 5. A shotgun shoots 5 "bullets" at once, but lord of wolves shoots them in a burst. Effectively 6 rounds.
