It might be, but it's entirely possible. That's how I got my Plan C and my Patience and Time back in the day. Granted it is tempting to troll with a IB and Ghorn engram drop, I know someone who got doubles when TDB was barely out (IBx2).

It's fake. The decrypting sound is for legendary drops. Exotic drops make a completely different sound.
