Better idea. Set up an in-game LFG counter at the tower .... Dun dun dun!!!

The only problem with that is the tower is hardly ever full anymore. I still think LFG sites are the best option. Besides there are only 16 people at most, in the tower at one time any ways. The odds of any of them wanting to do the same thing as I do, and them being competent enough for me to want to play with them are very low. I'd much rather use the forums here so I can stat check people before I join up with them.

I like the idea of seeing what the other people in the tower want to do. I still can't understand why Bungie thinks cold calling is a viable design. A few notes. 1) You should simply be able to pick what you're looking for from your interface. 2) It should turn off / reset when you leave the tower. 3) Maintaining a big list of everyone who wants to do a non-LFG activity would be fairly useless and probably impossible; it's a tower only feature. [b]*[/b] 4) Amendment to the last note it should also populate over your friends/followers list. 5) There should be a pop-up when another person on your friends/tower listing selects the same activity (not auto join, just a pop-up). 6) It should only cover non-matchmaking activities. That's Nightmare, Daily, Trials, Prison, Vault, Crota. [i]* It's fairly useless to maintain a big list because an in-game feature would probably present hundreds of people looking for the same thing, maybe tens of thousands at peak times. That list will be un-interfaceable, and any query would be out of date in seconds. See someone you like... oops already in a group. Put your name out there... ten invites a second for one second, then nothing because you're on page twenty (assuming you didn't get blue balled on page two right away). It's also probably impossible because any list would need to have the ability to inspect individuals. Nothing about the game suggests they have the ability to allow inspections of hundreds of players by hundreds of players. If they take out that feature they might as well just turn on matchmaking... which they refuse to do.[/i]

I wish there was more social communication options in the Tower. Voice chat would get crowded and annoying so displaying statuses and having an in game message board would do wonders. How about we get access to the computer terminals in the Vanguard hall to do this?

Sounds good. Something to display in game that you want or don't want to do raids/bounties.

Mercenaries would be great. I could finally get some glimmer to buy stuff
