Petition for bayonet melee.
Get this poll trending, let bungie know we want to use those beast looking bayonets.

It should be similar to borderlands. When your special melee is charged you use that but for normal melee any gun with a bayonet uses it and gets 50% bonus melee damage. Damn monte and red death would be killers in PvP and PvE. Maybe not such a melee bonus in PvP, just to make things fair.

Yes. When you've used your charged melee, you can use the bayonet on guns. And it will melee faster.
