So I have both next gen consoles and I like both consoles almost equally. But for me the Xbox pulls ahead slightly because I think the controller is more comfortable. The ps4 controller just feels weird and makes my hands cramps after long destiny gaming sessions. But in defense of the ps4 controller, it does have a leg up in fighter games like mortal combat.
