Unless Nova Bomb has Annihilate and Shatter. Then it's at least twice the radius of Fist of Havok

Shatter triples the radius (three Nova Bombs instead of one), Annihilate increases it even more, and Bloom makes all enemies killed by it explode, increasing the radius even more. Also, Obsidian Mind and Bad Juju mean you can throw Nova Bombs really often. There's a reason Nova Bomb is winning this poll.

shatter decreases the size of explosions. Annihilate increases it slightly. Bloom is ineffective because the enemies would already be dead.

On the edges of the Nova Bomb, Bloom will hit other enemies. Annihilate and Shatter give three normal sized Nova Bombs, and if there are any majors, you just switch to Vortex and kill them more effectively than with Fist of Havok.
