Good teammate: Guarding the heavy ammo as it spawns. Bad teammate: waits till heavy spawns, then start moving towards it, from the middle of the map. Then proceeds to get angry when teammates don't risk losing it & getting others killed by waiting for you. You get about a 10 second window, otherwise it's being picked up. I've supered too many teams sitting around waiting, that's not gonna be me. If you're visible to me and I see you coming, I'll wait, every time.

I hate those scum bags. No enemies near by. Team mates rushing behind the scum bag and he quickly grabs it.

Sometimes I take it immediately on a map where I can rush the enemy box before they're picked it up and nuke them. You have 10 seconds to get there. So get there.

I waited a good 15 seconds which is a ton in crucible time so I was the only one with a heavy. And this happened both drops. We lost, I was 1st on our team with a 2.5 kd. If everyone that ran by would have got it we may have been able to eek out a win. I don't get that Edit and there was nothing on the radar!

I see too many guardians right next to the heavy ammo that just run the other way. Heavy ammo can be a game changer. Last night during IB my team was down by about 5,000 points. We were screwed. Heavy popped up and we all were there to grab it. Then we had 2 players with rocket launchers flank the other heavy. We won by 3,000 points. I got 10 kills with my against all odds.

5 RespuestasIf you're the asshole who doesn't move to the drop until it's available, then leave. I usually wait a few seconds, but when I see my teammates run past the drop without flinching, I grab it. Besides, better that one person on my team gets it, than someone on the opposing team.

This. I know there are plenty of people here who will have valid reasons for grabbing it alone, but there are many many more Biebers who wait by it and pop it when everyone is on their way. It's always fun to be that team where all 6 enemies have full machine guns.

No one in ib waits even when they see you clearly trying to run to it just my experience all day yesterday.

If they're too stupid not to stop on respawn and join me B4 "I'm gonna get that -blam!-er " nerd rage sets in.....yeah agree. But when I watch 3-4 teamates, respawn and just run back to point of death, auto firing an AR, or Bad JuJu......yeah, I'm totally popping it by myself. Its called Darwin.(normally pronounced " der-winnin", when my fire team is this stupid....).

I'll take it if I see an enemy coming and no one is there, I'll take it if I'm waiting for more than 30 seconds by it. It's simple when heavy ammo shows up get your ass over there and grab it

10 RespuestasIf you aren't there, then I have 2 options: A) wait for more people to get there to get the ammo, risk being killed and losing it. B) pick it up right away, but no one else on my team gets any. If the enemies are getting near, I'm not taking my chances defending heavy. It's better for me to pick it up and use it or die than to let the enemies possibly get it and have an advantage for the next minute. I'm sorry if you aren't there when I start seeing red on my radar, But I'm not waiting for a chance of The enemies getting heavy.

1 RespuestaYou think that's bad? Lol. I'm the asshole that snipes you across the map on Twilight gap( you control zone C) when you go for the heavy ammo. Im also the asshole who likes to snipe and will you leave in a fire fight and watch you get jumped when the tables.

4 RespuestasI usually run to the opposite heavy ammo and introduce some space magic. Then I grab their heavy. Sometimes I win, sometimes I fail. Sometimes I die right after I got the heavy. But at least the opponents don't have it. Sacrifice for the team.

Sometimes fine, the guy who did it once on me had jolders hammer and proceeded to wipe the enemy team... Over and over and over and over... (Collecting enemy team's heavy ammo)
