You should really put something on the concept sheet that helps show scale. A ruler in meters, or even a vex goblin at normal size so viewers can really understand its size.
Also what's your polycount? The model looks incredibly dense in areas.

I should have done that, you're right! I'll be sure to add that in my next concepts. The polycount was around 300,000 in the end, it could be way less with some optimisation but since it was just a flat render for a matte painting, I didn't worry too much.
