EDIT: After signing out and re-signing in to the mobile app 2 times, it's started working. Hi! So I've followed all the steps you've listed, but nothing is showing up in my mobile app. I've linked my Xbone account to no avail. Sorry, to answer your questions: 1. No, it has never worked. 2. I believe it is, yes. 3. I read and followed everything, even delinking my MS account (used my FB) and relinking) 4. Yes, I am 99% certain this is my only MS/Bungie account 5. XBox One 6. No, I shouldn't be, but I do see that my mobile device is linked--and I am on my PC at the moment, with my Xbox turned off.
