This is the first time I've created an account with this linked microsoft account. However, my husband has his and his is working just fine, no problems there. So why is it only me? and yes I've confirmed this is my Xbox account, and yes I've tried to sign in and out, and that's not working either. my gamertag is being used on Xbox 360

Same for me. i can login no problem with my ps3 account, i bought an xbox one and now my companion doesnt show my new character... it shows my game tag but doesnt let me view grimoirs, legend or anything whatsoever. i would like to know how to get this resolved asap. Thanks for your time
