I lost my Iron Banner Rocket Launcher while transferring it between characters on Xbox one using the companion app. I hope that I will be refunded my rocket because I grinded for dozens of hours to earn it and used 100 motes of light for the reroll perks. What will be done?

Dude that sucks, you sure it's not with other characters?

Unfortunately. I checked other characters and the vault. It disappeared after trying to transfer it.
