My brother and son had trouble loading any of they're info on bungie, then I found out that they had a message at the bottom of their profile/settings asking them to do a email verification. I did that for them and now everythings good. Id have a look at that first if after registering you failed to verify your email because the site doesn't prompt you to do so.
