New Vex Unit - Vex Titrus/Brain Tank
I was asked by a forum member recently (apologies I lost where you put it) to attempt my interpretation of some old Destiny concept art. It depicted a huge robotic almost Vex looking unit with 4 legs, standing over what looked like civilians in a snowy setting.
I put this together over a few days using 3ds Max, ZBrush and Photoshop. It's not game ready, as in it's not baked and rigged, and so this is just a concept in entirety.

I need to learn how to use programs like this, I have so many ideas that I want to show off but fall short in execution due to how it needs to be presented (3D models) and such. Badass work though! I really would love to deep something like this in the game

6 RespuestasLooks like some kind of remote control tank the fallen built from scavenged vex technology. I can just see some archon priest with a controller in his hand laughing as you hide from its heavy weaponry. Nice job!

I could imagine doing a mission and I'm killing some vex, then the music changes into some boss-like music and beat, then the ghost is like: "I have a bad feeling about this,," then you see your Vex crawl into the battlefield and it s a giant battle. Oooooooo, that would be epic!!!

2 Respuestasfrom the concept art you referenced, it's hard to tell if the machine is more vex-like or more fallen-like. It's structural similar to a devil walker but it's a little more jagged and sharp edges than most fallen technology.

Err, not to rain on your parade, but if it's a walker standing over humanoids in a snowy setting it's probably Fallen in nature considering that's what all the art like that is for.
