Weighted RNG is not the same as a weighted die you numbskull. A weighted die has a weight in it that causes it to roll a particular number. Weighted RNG means that the die is normal, but certain items will drop with more numbers than just 1. There is no "control" over the number being picked, just more chances you get a particular prize.
