More skill than any full auto weapon. You had to actually tap their heads for the perk to work, pace your shots and manage the flinch during a duel because if you missed a single shot you lost. Don't lie to yourself or anyone else on this thread. NF may be easier to use than most weapons, but it had a clear skill gap between people who knew how to use it and those who just got it and don't have a huge amount of skill. In no universe does an auto rifle require more skill than a single shot precision based weapon.
