yeah, exactly. It's just new owners trying to max it out. I've had IB for quite some time and it is probably the most useful weapon in the game. Well, I can't speak to the ghorn, RNGesus hasn't graced me yet. But I find myself using all sorts of loadouts. Now that they are working towards a fix for white nail and hive disruptor or whatever it's called, and it actually procs the white nail all the time...i'm becoming a huge fan of the black hammer. That thing is awesome in CE. Not to mention if you happen across a poor unsuspecting devil walker...straight crush those things.
