Another post mentioning that change won't bring players back. This just shows how clueless people are.

Yeah, but there are people who haven't hit the cap from the last increase. Player pop is down bad, and another increase won't help. I queued for advance nightfall and had no teammates. I queued for gambit to the same result. Population will go up for the dungeon, then nosedive. I'm fine with the increase. It is nothing that can't be done passively doing the episode stuff and dungeon. I just want my friends to come back and want to play. The general sentiment after the twid seems like it will not happen.

If they play with you they'll go to your power ;) Power needs looking at or removing. At this point its just a gate between solo players & a lot of seasonal content. They need to start trying to make better content rather than just simply upping the level

The thing is, banner is here at the moment and the matches are thriving. You get a double whammy for crucible rep and banner rep. I just played privates with the homies because that's what we enjoy, other than that they don't play the game as often anymore as well. People will catch up if they play now. I don't mean in 3 weeks, now and within a week or 5 hours, I kid you not, they are where they need to be

Yeah, it isn't bad, but I don't think it is going to happen. Most of them don't enjoy pvp. My group went from all titles/gild/raid chasing people to only 2 of us who play now.
