Two men are walking down a road when they see a deep well in the ground. They look into it, but can’t see the bottom. They drop a rock in, and never hear it hit the bottom. They keep doing this with varying rocks, and never hear them drop. They think they might be able to hear it if they use something larger, so they find a big cinderblock and drop it down. Suddenly, they see a goat coming from behind them, going so fast it hardly touches the ground! It goes right past them and drops into the well. Startled, they decide to just keep walking. Eventually, they come across a farmer, and tell him what happened, asking if that was his goat. The farmer says "Well, I don't think that could have been my goat. My goat's old and has arthritis, and besides, I keep it tied to a big cinderblock."
